A JOHNSTON man has failed in his attempt to have a planning enforcement notice rescinded.
Paul Williams appealed against the notice served by Pembrokeshire County Council in June in respect of land adjacent to 2 Hillcroft.
The notice relates to the material change of use of the land – a corner plot with frontage to Langford Road and Hillcroft - without planning permission.
The council claimed the breach of planning included the siting of a timber garden shed, the storage of a bathtub, trailer and other domestic paraphernalia as well as a metal storage container and a fence.
In dismissing the appeal, planning inspector AL McCooey said he was satisfied there has been a material change of use of the land as specified in the enforcement notice.
