DYFED-POWYS Police is trying to trace the owner of power tools believed to be stolen.
A police spokesman said: "They were recovered from three men seen behaving suspiciously in Pembroke Dock on November 25, 2018.
"A 17-year-old man and an 18-year-old man, both from Pembroke Dock, were arrested on suspicion of theft and released under investigation.
"The third man was voluntary interviewed.
"The investigation is ongoing."
