A Tenby man is to face a charge of causing death by dangerous driving at crown court
Stephen Paul Brady, of The Glebe, is alleged to have caused the death of Mark Waite while driving an articulated HGV dangerously on Salutation Square, Haverfordwest, on February 15, 2018.
Brady, 58, did not entered a plea when he appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, January 29.
The bench declined jurisdiction and Brady will next appear at Swansea crown court on March 1.
He was released on unconditional bail.
