Cannabis was found in a Haverfordwest woman’s clothing as she was being recalled to prison.
Claire Evans, of Market Street, Haverfordwest, pleaded guilty to cannabis possession when she appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates on Tuesday, February 5.
Vaughan Pritchard-Jones, prosecuting, told the bench that a small amount of the Class B drug was found in Evans’ clothing while she was being processed at Haverfordwest police station on January 19.
Mike Kelleher, defending, said Evans, 38, had spent 14 days in prison for other matters after she was arrested for breaching her licence conditions.
Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered Evans to pay £105 in costs and a surcharge.
A destruction order was made for the seized drugs.
