A 66 year-old has denied breaching a sexual offences prevention order by entering a children’s play park.
Christopher Rolfe Flavin, of Hundleton, pleaded not guilty to the breach when he appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, February 12.
It is alleged that Flavin entered a Pembroke Dock children’s play park on November 19, which he was prohibited from doing by a sexual offences prevention order made by Swansea crown court in September 2007.
Magistrates accepted jurisdiction to hear the case and a trial date was listed for March 18.
Flavin was released on unconditional bail.
