A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a takeaway operator facing food hygiene charges.
Zhi Hua Zhao, of Grace’s Chinese Takaway, High Street, Cilgerran, is accused of contravening a food safety prohibition order and failing to comply with a food safety improvement notice.
Zhao, 61, also faces three charges of failing to comply with specified food hygiene provision.
It is alleged that the food business operator failed to ensure that the food premises were kept clean and maintained in good condition on January 25, 2018.
Zhao is accused of failing to provide allergen information to consumers on March 8, 2018, and contravening an order that prohibited him from managing any food business.
Haverfordwest magistrates issued a warrant for Zhao when he failed to attend his hearing on Monday, March 11.
