INVESTIGATIONS are underway after a Fishguard lollipop lady was reportedly hit by a car.
The incident occurred outside Holy Name Catholic School on Thursday afternoon.
Dyfed-Powys Police confirmed they were investigating.
"The collision happened at around 3.20pm on Thursday," said a spokesman. "The injuries have been reported to us as minor. We're not appealing for witnesses at this time."
A representative for Pembrokeshire County Council added:
"We can confirm that our road safety team is making enquiries into a minor collision which took place outside Holy Name Catholic Primary School on Thursday, where a school crossing patrol officer's (SCPO) hand came into contact with a vehicle.
"The SCPO did not require treatment for her hand and the police have been informed."
