Crime down in Pembroke and Pembroke Dock

Overall crime figures reported in Pembroke Dock dropped from 157 in January to 82 in February, while the Pembroke area dropped from 71 to 53.

Pembroke Dock saw 18 incidents of antisocial behaviour, down from 42, while Pembroke saw nine, down from 11.

The Pembroke Dock area saw three burglaries, down from four; 14 criminal damage and arson, down from 20; four drugs, down from 10; one other theft, down from eight; one possession of weapons; five public order, up from four; four shoplifting, down from 13; zero vehicle crime, down from three; and 32 violence and sexual offences, down from 52.

The Pembroke area saw two burglary, down from three; eight criminal damage and arson, up from five; zero drugs offences, down from seven; other crime stayed at two; other theft rose from two to three; one possession of weapons; two public order offences, up from two; one shoplifting; vehicle crime dropped from five to one; and violence and sexual offences dropped from 34 to 24.

The trend over 2018 to 2019, based on the latest figures, shows Pembroke Dock crime figures at 140 in January 2018, 95 in February, 125 in March, 118 in April, 126 in May, 104 in June, 122 in July, 109 in August, 111 in September, 123 in October, 122 in November, 110 in December, 157 in January and 82 in February.

Pembroke and the surrounding area saw recorded figures of 69 in January 2018, 83 in February, 94 in March, 93 in April, 83 in May, 96 in June, 98 in July, 77 in August, 65 in September, 80 in October, 59 in November, 66 in December, 71 in January and 53 in February.
