PLANS TO EXPAND a Tenby micro-brewery were given the thumbs-up by National Park planners on Wednesday, May 1.
The application, by committee member Cllr Mike Evans, sought to convert a vacant building, The Glass House, Sergeants Lane, to extend the existing Harbwr Brewery micro-brewery, and also for a change of use to the first floor, along with ancillary works including an external terrace.
The Park’s development management committee heard the application was backed by Tenby Town Council, with no objections received.
The application was recommended for approval, subject to a string of conditions; committee member Phil Kidney moving support, saying: “It’s just going to enhance Tenby.”
The application was passed by members.
