A man has denied failing to provide a breath specimen in Haverfordwest.
Daniel Hurley, of Ponsford Road, Knowle, Bristol, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 20.
Hurley, 46, pleaded not guilty to failing to produce a sample of breath in Haverfordwest during an investigation into a suspected offence on July 30.
The case was adjourned for a case management hearing on November 25 at Swansea Magistrates Court.
Hurley was released on unconditional bail.
