Division 1: Saundersfoot (170) lost to Cresselly (212-7) by 42 runs
Cresselly got their first win of the season as skipper Ryan Lewis bowled a dramatic final over at Saundersfoot.
The Doves had earlier posted 212-7 in 45 overs before Lewis took 5-25, including two wickets at the death as he clean bowled Steve Cook (1) before trapping Naveet Kuwale (0) lbw to seal a 42 run win.
Opener Dan Sutton made a quickfire 54 for the visitors to help set the platform and he was backed by 66 from partner Phil Williams, while Simon ‘Snowy’ Cole (28), Neilson Cole (18), and Lewis (15) also edged them over the 200 mark.
For the home side, John (2-35) and Tom Mansbridge (1-19) bowled well and Sam Franklin (1-24) and Naveet Kuwale (1-14) also helped give them a chance of a gettable total in good batting conditions.
It was No 5 John Mansbridge who led the chase with 63, but despite other good knocks from Franklin (36) and opener Danny Caine (29), the Seasiders were undone by Lewis as well a wickets from Tom Arthur (2-45), Sam Harts (2-49) and Dan James (1-23).
