Division 1: St Ishmaels (155-9) lost to Neyland (156-1)

It was straight forward for Neyland at Tish as Sean Hannon's men maintained their march towards the title with a nine wicket win.

The home side were restricted to 155-9 in their 45 overs, with the top three of Harry Nicholas (19), Daniel Richards (11), and Brennan Devonald (14) all falling after decent starts.

From their it was left to skipper Phil Cockburn to hold things together, hitting 10 boundaries in his 68 before eventually being stumped by Hannon off Nick Koomen.

Andrew Williams also made 26, but it was the Neyland slow bowlers of Gary Lloyd (3-22) and Andrew Miller (2-34) who kept the leaders in charge as Tish finished 155-9 in 45 overs.

Nick Koomen and Patrick Bellerby then took matters to 55-0 in the Neyland chase before Devonald clean bowled the latter for 25 (four fours).

But Koomen and Sutton ensured there was no hiccups, with the opener making 68 not out (nine fours and a six) and Sutton unbeaten on 56 (seven fours and a six) to secure victory with more than 11 overs to spare.
