The Narberth Nobbler is already hosting its brutal annual event, but with an innovative format so as to follow Coronavirus lockdown guidelines.
Those entered for the race, a 10km, half marathon, or marathon trail run, can ensure training is not wasted. Organisers have set up a 6.6 mile loop in the woods for people to run when they want with one loop for a 10k, twice for a half marathon and four times for a marathon.
Guidelines of where to start have been set up on the event website, and competitors can post their times on strava and still receive a posted medal for finishing.
Some athletes have already completed the course - and overall winners will be announced when the final times are in.
