It's a time to improvise, and the Synergy Health and Wellness Centre have found a way to get people walking together without braking lockdown rules.

In conjunction with charity 'Get fit 4 mental wellness', company owner Carl Williams has been instigating charity virtual walking at 10am every Sunday - with people from around Pembrokeshire and beyond getting involved.

Williams is running the Welsh arm of the rapidly expanding 'Action Driven Feel Good Charity' which originated and is based out of Yorkshire. The group is not leaving any stone unturned by not only helping people in the UK but branching across all continents.

"People have been taking part in social distancing walks either in the house, garden, or on their normal local routes," he explained.

"And we’re all tuning into a live feed where we link with people all over Pembrokeshire as well as the rest of the UK.

"We have had people engaged from California and Israel to name a few."

The scheme aims to help people maintain wellness during this difficult period, and with it being Mental Health Awareness Week, Williams and the team will be reaching out to people for the next seven nights.

"We have live online daily evening shows on Instagram all week.

"And also talks and interviews via Instagram with some well known people and tv celebrities, talking about health, mental wellbeing, and tips on how to stay positive and productive."
