A community park run celebrated its fourth birthday last weekend.
Free timed weekly runs are done every weekend inviting runners of all ages and levels to join in the fun round Haverfordwest’s Lower Racecourse.
Seventy runners turned up on the day with race director Marie Williams saying that once people start they can't stop.
"It's not a race, it's a run," said Marie.
"Some run it, some jog it. What we often get is people who have not run for years they come, run, get home and get a ping letting them know their time and come back next week wanting to make it a second less and then you're hooked."
