Mrs. Susan Evans Milford Haven Ian, Bill, Bruce & Rachel very sadly announce the passing of their beautiful and much loved wife, mother and grandmother, Susan Evans at Withybush Hospital on Monday 17th November 2014. The funeral service will take place on Saturday 22nd November 2014 at 10.00am at St. Mary's Church, Wellington Road, Hakin, Milford Haven followed by cremation at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 11.30am.
