LOCAL HISTORY: Stories, pictures and memorabilia from people who lived in or are connected with Cosheston, Upton and Nash, who were involved in two World Wars and other conflicts. 10am-noon and 2-4pm Saturday, and 2-4pm Sunday at Cosheston Village Hall.

RACE FOR LIFE: Scolton Manor, near Haverfordwest, on Sunday, June 29. In aid of Cancer Research UK. Join hundreds of other women and girls as they walk, run or jog around the 5k course and raise money for charity. Last year 1,300 women took part, raising £73,000. To enter go to www.raceforlife.org
