FUN in the sun is on the cards this Bank Holiday weekend, as Milford Haven Round Table kicks off its calendar of summer events with a family fun day.
This Sunday, May 4, a family fun day will be held on the Rath, from noon until 5pm - and everyone is welcome!
Sponsored by South Hook LNG, the day will include Whoopsa and Daisy magic and mayhem clown show, a magician, a bouncy castle, and the chance to meet cartoon mascots. Free to attend, there will also be plenty of tasty treats on offer for hungry visitors.
And the fun doesn’t stop there. On Saturday, July 5, this year’s film-themed carnival will see Austin Powers, Audrey Hepburn and Lara Croft among the ‘stars’ to visit Milford Haven. The usual crop of floats will also hopefully be joined by the A-Team van, an early pink Cadillac and the Deloran, from film trilogy Back to the Future.
Auditions for Carnival Queen will be held at the Pill Social Centre from 2pm to 4pm, and the competition is open to any junior royals under 12 years old.
