YOU can make your money go further this Christmas, by raising money for local causes while you shop.
Easy Fundraising is a website that allows you to raise extra pennies for charity, at no cost yourself.
From toys and gifts to clothes, holidays and insurance, every time you shop you could be giving a boost to a worthy local group.
After registering for free here, browse at over 3,000 online stores including Marks & Spencer, Next, John Lewis, Debenhams, Asos, Tesco, Asda and Thomas Cook.
When you make your purchase, tell them who you would like to donate to and BOOM – they’ll give a small donation to the charity, group or cause of your choice.
It will cost you nothing, but will could a big difference to your community.
Tenby Male Voice Choir benefitted to the tune of £600 when it was signed up to Easy Fundraising.
“The money comes through incrementally, sometimes it’s just a few pence, but the biggest single donation we received was when two guys booked a holiday through the site,” said treasurer David Blackmore.
More than 30 Pembrokeshire causes are already signed up, and so far they have earned more than £12,000 through the scheme.
A perfect excuse to treat yourself (and your family, of course…) this Christmas.
