Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a racially motivated hate crime, which took place in Neyland on Friday, October 6.
Reports of disorder in James Street were made at just before 9pm, and a woman was assaulted.
Three people – two men and a woman – have been arrested and releases under investigation as officers carry out further enquiries.
Numerous people were assaulted in the incident, and are being supported by officers.
A dedicated hate crime support officer has been appointed to support the victim, and the neighbourhood policing team has carried out reassurance patrols in the area.
