LAST Friday, Rosemarket Golf Club played in the Dyfed League away at Trefloyne Golf Club.
The winner was Alex James with 36pts beating John Lewis on count back. Third was Gary Lloyd and fourth Jock Wilson. Best guest was John McLean. Nearest the pin and twos winner was John C Davies. Longest drive was Alex James. John C Davies was presented with the Top Tiger tankard kindly sponsored by Chris Hine.
Mark Lewis won the monthly medal on Saturday with an excellent nett 73; four shots clear of runner-up Barrie Yelland nett 77. Third was Adam Rogers nett 78 beating Jock Wilson on count back. Fifth was Chris Hine nett 79 beating Peter Morgan and Tony Deakin on count back. Twos winner was Chris Hine on hole seven.
Women's monthly medal winner was Alison McCormack nett 74 runner-up Jayne Morgan. Women's Friday 14-hole stableford winner was Sue Bradford, runner-up Pat Gerson, third Marilyn Rawlings fourth Jean Bradford.
Congratulations to Mike Woods and Alex James for retaining the club pairs shield by beating Clive Richards and Kevin Holmes in a close match by getting a birdie on the 18th hole.
